1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using stmt2excel.in ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
stmt2excel.in provides a browser-based tool that converts bank statement PDFs (SBI, HDFC, Kotak, ICICI, Axis, PNB, and other supported banks) to Excel (.xlsx), CSV, or Tally Prime XML formats. All file processing is performed entirely within the user's browser. The Service is offered free of charge for standard use, with a paid Pro tier available for advanced features.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Service to convert your own bank statements or those you are legally authorized to process. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, tax evasion, or any activity that violates applicable Indian or international law.
4. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that every bank format will be parsed correctly. You should always verify the accuracy of the exported data against your original bank statement before using it for financial, tax, or legal purposes.
5. Limitation of Liability
stmt2excel.in and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to errors in parsed data, data loss, or financial decisions made based on the Service's output.
6. Pro Subscription
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Features available under the Pro plan are subject to change with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, and user interface elements of the Service are the property of stmt2excel.in. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of last revision is noted at the top of this page.
